MGB GT Black 1970 – SOLD –

SOLD – This is a great example of the more desirable chrome bumper model, benefiting from a full restoration in 2008 by ourselves, including photo documented bare metal repaint, which still looks great! A testament to how solid an example this BGT is.

Aided by having been garaged all of its life. All chrome and bright work is in very good condition with the leather seats, interior trim and carpet set still retaining the original deep rich red pigment not being over exposed to UV rays. The interior is enhanced by a brand new headlining, all dash board gauges and controllers are in perfect working order.

The 4 cylinder 1798cc engine with twin choke webber carb, stage 1 exhaust, and fast road cam means this B really does shift, pulling well through all the gears and rev ranges and handles well courtesy of the front kingpin suspension being full rebuilt.

In this sale the vehicle comes complete with 12 month MOT, on-going free vehicle road tax as tax exempt and a folder of Receipts for thousands spent during the restoration.

New: Headlining – chrome side mouldings – heater matrix – rebuilt front king pin suspension – starter motor – uprated alternator – petrol tank – sender unit – clutch – clutch slave cylinder – reconditioned overdrive unit – new front disc pads – recent oil change – carb set up.
